Putney Roof Terrace

Via a client recommendation Scoot Studio was commissioned to create a new terrace area for a mid terrace cottage located within the conservation area of Putney, London.

Due to the limited size of the property, the proposal introduced an external dining area for a keen cook, with pizza oven, bbq provided and bespoke planters and seating designed for herbs and vegetable growing.

Access to the new terrace was required and a planning application was produced for this sensitive site. A frameless bespoke double glazed roof portal was designed, allowing natural light to filter back through the living room on first floor.

Sympathetic interior design advice was given to the rest of the property, which was in much need of updating.
